Femto15 applies Agile Methodologies to ensure customer satisfaction which includes:
Backlog estimation (in Story Points)
Sprint Planning
Daily Scrum Meetings
Tasks can be assigned and discussed at any time. However, we commit to agile principles and hence, If there’s an already going sprint, assigned tasks can be replaced with an equivalent (story points) task as long as it’s not in progress; otherwise, we will schedule it for the next sprint.
Tasks are estimated (in story points) by Femto15’s team.
Communication
The client response time must be within five business days; otherwise, Femto15 has the right to terminate the contract without refunding the client and without providing any notice.
Content
The client is fully responsible for providing the content, and the content must be ready before the project start. If the client provides the content after the project start time, Femto15 has the right to refuse to fill the content if it’s found to be too much or out of the project’s scope.
Femto15 will fill the content for the client only once. We’ll charge an extra fee for any additional content modification.
Revisions
For any design-related work, three reviews will be provided free of charge, after using the free reviews we charge an extra fee for any additional changes depending on the design complexity.
Setup
Unless included in the estimation, Femto15 is not responsible for setting up the project on the client’s hosting or servers. However, Femto15 will provide instructions on how to do so.
Any setup requests will be charged based on the project size and setup complexity.
Testing Time
The client has five business days to test the project after delivery. If more than five business days pass without the client feedback, we will consider the project complete, and the final payment will be due.
Documentation
If included in the estimation, Femto15 will provide code documentation for the project to make it easy to navigate the code. However, Femto15 will not provide user documentation or tutorials of any kind.
Femto15 can provide user documentation or tutorials upon client request for an additional fee.
Support
After the final payment Femto15 will provide five days of bug fixing, and technical support free of charge, as long as the requests don’t involve adding new features or modifying already created ones.
After the five days, Femto15 will charge for any additional requests.
Data
Femto15 reserve the right to use the data owned & provided by the client to finish the project. After the project delivery, the data provided by the client will never be used by Femto15 in any way that may harm the client.
We’ll do our best to keep your data secure. However, Femto15 is not responsible for the loss of data. The client is responsible for maintaining a backup of the data.
Confidentiality
Femto15 will make sure that any information identified by the client as critical information or any information that the client identity as private/non-disclosed information will be kept confidential by Femto15 and will never be used or revealed without the client’s approval/request.
Payment
One business week or fewer projects: 60% will be paid upfront, 40% upon first delivery and the rest after testing.
Projects of two weeks+ duration: 50% upfront payment, 40% split into weekly payments, and 10% paid by the client after s/he test the project.
If the client delays the payment, Femto15 has the right to stop any ongoing work, and terminate any agreement with the client without further notice.
Refunds
Unless stated otherwise, Femto15 has a no refund policy; thus any funds received for canceled or terminated projects will not be refunded by Femto15.
Reference
For Whitelabel Extreme service. Femto15 has no right to reference the client’s name, company name, or project in any of its public channels neither has the right to include ‘Developed by’ nor ‘Programmed by’ references in client’s footer.
For White Label service, Femto15 has the right to refer to the client’s name, company name or project without great details. Femto15 has no right to include ‘Developed by’ nor ‘Programmed by’ reference in the client’s footer.
For non-white label service, Femto15 has the right to refer to the client’s name, company name or project details in blog posts, publicly. Also, Femto15 has the right to include Developed by or Programmed by reference in the footer.
Unless requested by the client, all our estimations are done based on non-white label service as white-label, and white-label extreme adds an extra cost to the estimate.
Notices
If either the client or Femto15 decides to terminate the contract, the terminating party must give ten business days notice to the other party.
